STEPS

1. Patient must present the laboratory request at Laboratory Department
   • For PhilHealth member, the Municipal Health IT will check if the PhilHealth is currently active.
2. Pay the required laboratory fees
3. Patient will undergo the necessary laboratory tests as requested, including blood, urine, and fecal analysis
4. the patient must submit the necessary laboratory specimen for examination
5. Collect the laboratory results
