REQUIREMENTS

• Birth or Baptismal Certificate
• Community Tax Certificate (CEDULA)
• Pre-Marriage Counseling Certificate/Family Planning Certificate
• Parent’s consent or advice for applicant/s below 25 yrs. old
• CENOMAR
• If one of the applicants is a foreigner                                          – Legal Capacity, Divorce and/or Annulment Papers, if applicable

STEPS

1. The Couple who wishes to get married should submit the requirements to the MCR Office
2. Fill up the Application for Marriage License form
3. Submit the filled-up Application for Marriage License form to MCR Office
4. Proceed to the Treasure’s office for the corresponding fee
5. Submit the Receipt and the fee of Php2.00 for the Accountable form No. 54
6. Claim the registered Marriage License after the 10-day posting period
