• Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) or Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Registration
• Barangay Clearance/ Market Clearance for Market
• Contract of Lease
• Community Tax Certificate

STEPS

1. Submission of accomplished application form with complete requirements and assessment of fees and taxes
2. Proceed to the Treasure’s Office for the corresponding fee
3. Await for the release of Business Permit with Business Plate
