Certified True Copy of TCT/OCT (1 Original, 3 Photocopies)
Certified True Copy of Tax Declaration and Photocopy of Tax Receipt (1 Original, 3 Photocopies)
Vicinity Map/ Lot Plan/ Location Plan
Four (4) sets of Plans and Documents signed and sealed over the printed name of the duly licensed and registered professionals.

Request Letter to Mayor’s Office (Request for Excavation)

STEPS
Submit the complete requirements
Accompany the Engineering Staff in the inspection of the site/project location
Proceed to the Office of the Municipal Treasurer for payment
Present the Official Receipt (OR) to the Building Official
