REQUIREMENTS

• Duly accomplished Fencing Permit Form
• Barangay Clearance (1 Original, 3 Photocopies)
• Homeowner’s Association Clearance, if any (1 Original, 3 Photocopies)
• Certified True Copy of TCT (1 Original, 3 Photocopies)
• Lot Plan (4 Blueprint Copies)
• Four (4) sets of Plans and Documents signed and sealed over the printed name of the duly licensed and registered professionals. 
  1. Structural Plan of Fence with complete details
  2. Bill of Materials and Cost Estimates
  3. Specifications
• 3 Photocopies of PRC ID and PTR of Duly Registered Professionals who signed the plans and documents, with original signed and sealed
• In case the applicant is not the registered owner of the lot, submit a photocopy of a duly notarized Contract of Lease or Deed of Absolute Sale (1 Original, 3 Photocopies)

STEPS

1. Submit the complete requirements
2. Accompany the Engineering Staff in the inspection of the site/project
3. Proceed to the Office of the Municipal Treasurer for corresponding fee
4. Present the Official Receipt to the Building Official of the Municipal Engineering Office
