REQUIREMENTS

• Duly accomplished Demolition Permit Form
• Barangay Clearance
• Homeowners Association Clearance, if any
• Certified True Copy of TCT/ OCT where the building was constructed
• Two (2) sets Plans and Documents signed and sealed over the printed name of the duly licensed and registered professionals. 
  1. Plans of the building to be demolished
  2. Specifications/ Methods of Demolition
• Photocopy of PRC ID and PTR of Duly Registered Professionals who signed the plans and documents, with original signed and sealed

STEPS

1. Submit the complete requirements
2. Accompany the Engineering Staff in the inspection of the site for demolition
3. Proceed to the Office of the Municipal Treasurer for payment
4. Present the Official Receipt (OR) to the Building Official of Municipal Engineering Office
