In case the applicant is not the registered owner of the lot, submit a photocopy of a duly notarized Contract of Lease or Deed of Absolute Sale (4 Photocopies) Award Notice or Notarized SPA
If the TCT is under CLOA (agricultural land), awarded by DAR, please submit DAR and MARPO Clearance(1 Original, 3 Photocopies)

DPWH Clearance for projects along National Road and designated waterways within local jurisdiction where the project is sited

Three (3) manholes (MH) and Three (3) Cleanouts (CO) each chamber shall have its own MH and CO

Minimum of .20 meter deep for air space

STEPS
Submit the necessary requirements for the application of a Building Permit with duly accomplished Building Permit Form
Receipt of payment
Proceed to the Cashier at Office of the Municipal Treasurer for corresponding fee
Present Official Receipt to the Municipal Engineer and wait for the release of the permit
