• Indigent Brgy. Certificate
• Identification card of the applicant

STEPS

1. Endorsement from the Barangay for possible interview
2. Intake interview and initial assessment
3. Facilitate Dialogue and Counseling
4. VAWC survivor may assist for medical assistance/ medico legal
5. Referral to WCPD Angono for possible legal action
6. Referral to Public Attorney office for free legal assistance
7. Referral to NCMH for psychological assessment (VAWC client survivor from psychological and emotional violence)
8. Assist for Financial/Livelihood assistance (based on Social Worker Assessment)
9. Monitoring
