• Request of Parental Capability Assessment Report from the agency
• Conduct Home Visitation and Interview
• Additional Information from neighbors if needed

STEPS

1. Receiving request of Parental Capability Assessment Report from requesting agency.
2. Conduct home visitation and gathering of information to the client’s family
3. If needed, collateral interview to neighbor for additional information
4. Prepare and Submit PCAR to the requesting agency via email or mail.
